Who we are:

Bill Hoffman – President/CEO (Scottsdale, AZ) has dedicated years  building his experience in the pet industry including retail ownership, distribution sales, and distribution management. Prior to purchasing All Points Marketing, Inc. in 2001, he was the Director of Sales and Marketing at Central Pet Distribution for nine years and is frequently a guest speaker at pet industry functions. Bill owes a sincere thanks to his early mentor and long-time colleague, Doug Poindexter, former President of the World Pet Association for sharing his passion for the advancement of the professional pet industry.

Denver Oates – National Account Manager (Peachtree City, GA) joined the All Points family in February of 2015. Previously, he was a National Accounts Manager from October 2013 until January 2015 for a pet product manufacturer that All Points Marketing also represented. Before the pet business, Denver built a successful career in the international logistics industry. Since joining All Points Marketing, Denver has built a lifetime of relationships all of whom have come to trust him to provide honest insights and impecable service.

Renee Garcia- Business Development Manager (Kensington, CT) joined the All Points family in 2017 but she is certainly not new to the Pet Industry.  With her love of animals, Renee has been involved in many different fields within the industry including dog training, shelter work, pet sitting, dog walking and animal control.  Her career continued when she moved out west and began working for a large distribution company in the pet industry, starting in Customer Service and then moving on to Purchasing.  She took some time off to stay at home with her two young girls and is now excited to be back working in a field she loves.

Amy Hoffman – Business Development Manager (Scottsdale, AZ) has rejoined the All Points Marketing Team since mid-2019. Although never really far from keeping tabs on industry trends through her husband, Bill. She’s eager to rekindle relationships to help support retailers and distributors with our innovative brands. Amy joined the pet industry in 2001 as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator for a well-known pet products company. Using her experience, Amy understands the unique needs of this trade and loves helping retailers and distributors increase their sales through product knowledge and promotions.

What we do:

Our primary role is to create sales solutions for our pet product manufacturers. We focus on being influencers to create enthusiasm and support of our brands within the distributor community and larger regional retailers. We focus our time on the top 20% of the pet product retailers that make up 80% of the sales volume.

In the end? It’s not about All Points Marketing. It’s about you, the retailers, distributors, and manufacturers that help make up the wonderful pet industry.
